1. Consultation Process Overview
Consultancy services unit: SONRAMA operates a separate Consultancy services unit that handles all assessments, compliance checks, and regulatory procedures. This unit is responsible for guiding applicants through the process to ensure they meet all necessary requirements to qualify for the MP.SONRAMA sponsorship program.
Free Registration: Registration for the consultancy section is free. However, accessing the MP.SONRAMA program requires going through the consultancy service unit, where applicants will receive an orientation about the program and complete necessary assessments.

2. Consultation Fees
Consultancy Fee: The Consultancy services unit charges a non-refundable fee of $200 for a one-time payment before consultation services is given, or a flexible payment option of $75 before consultation services is given and $175 after consultation Is given equal to $250
Standard One time payment =$200.
Basic Flexible payment =$250
This fee is remitted to the Consultancy Service Unit and is non-refundable under any circumstances. The payment for the consultancy service is necessary before you can access the MP.SONRAMA sponsorship program.
Payment of Consultancy Fee: Only once the consultancy fee is paid in full, you will be provided access to the MP.SONRAMA program. The fee for the consultancy section covers assessments, compliance checks, and the guidance needed to ensure you meet all requirements to access the sponsorship program.

3. Payment Timeframe
Basic Payment Plan (One-Time Payment of $200): Once you are informed that you qualify for the consultancy service, you are required to pay the full non-refundable consultancy fee of $200 within 7 days from the date of notification. If the payment is not made within this period, your registration will be considered void,
Standard Payment Plan (Flexible Payment of $75 + $175): If you choose the flexible payment option, the first installment of $75 must be paid within 7 days of receiving the notification of qualification. The remaining balance of $175 must be paid within 21 days before the consultation. Failure to complete the payment within this period will result in your registration being canceled, and you may be required to start the process again.
Late Payment Policy: If payment is not completed within an additional 7 days after the deadline, the registration will be canceled, and you will need to begin the process from the beginning.

4. Access to MP.SONRAMA Sponsorship Program
Eligibility for MP.SONRAMA: You will not be able to access the MP.SONRAMA sponsorship program until you successfully pass through the Consultancy Unit. After the consultancy process, you will be provided with all necessary guidance on how to access the program, which includes free sponsorship for travel and job placement.
Program Benefits: The MP.SONRAMA sponsorship program is entirely free, covering expenses such as:
Visa Application Fees
Travel Expenses (Flights)
Accommodation Costs
Other Related Costs
Remittance to Consultancy services Unit: All payments made before accessing the MP.SONRAMA program are directed to the Consultancy Unit and are non-refundable. SONRAMA does not collect any fees related to the MP.SONRAMA program directly from applicants.

5. Responsibilities of the Applicant
Accurate Information: Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information during the consultancy registration and assessment process. Providing false or incomplete information could result in disqualification from the program.
Compliance with Consultancy Requirements: Applicants must comply with all necessary steps, documents, and requirements provided by the Consultancy Unit to ensure they qualify for the MP.SONRAMA sponsorship program.

6. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: The consultancy fee is non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the applicant proceeds with the MP.SONRAMA program or not. No fees paid before accessing the sponsorship program will be refunded under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability
Consultancy Unit’s Responsibilities: Consultancy Unit will guide and support applicants through the assessment and orientation processes. The agency and it’s not proxy is carrying out a sponsorship opportunity program that will help facilitate the candidate in getting his job and sponsoring the fees like
Visa Application Fees
Travel Expenses (Flights)
Accommodation Costs
Other Related Costs
However the agency and it’s proxy will not be held liable as a result of non conformity in the eligibility procedure of the hiring company and the candidates because final decisions is subject to third-party employers’ regulations.

8. Confidentiality
Data Protection: All personal data provided by applicants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the consultancy and program registration. The Consultancy Unit will protect the applicant’s privacy in line with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Program Changes and Termination
Right to Modify or Terminate: SONRAMA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the consultancy service or any related programs at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in laws or regulations.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through legal proceedings in Nigerian courts.

11. Agreement
By proceeding with your registration and paying the required consultancy fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are voluntarily entering into this agreement and consent to the Consultancy Unit providing the necessary guidance and access to the MP.SONRAMA sponsorship program.
